Energy Publishing Group Announces Coking Coal Index Advisory Team

KNOXVILLE, Tennessee, June 16, 2010 - The Energy Publishing Group announced today it has formed an advisory
group to guide further development of its price indexes for Australian,
Canadian and U.S. coking coals. The distinguished group of coal industry
veterans includes: Peter Lilly, Neil Bristow and Ross Stainlay, each of whom
is thoroughly familiar with both the technical aspects of and markets for
coking coal in international trade.

Pete Lilly recently retired from his position as President of the Coal
Group at Consol Energy. Prior to that he was Chief Operating Officer at
Peabody, President of Kerr-McGee Coal and worked in other operations and
marketing positions. In his career at Peabody and Consol, he was responsible
for operations and marketing of the premium U.S. high vol and low vol coals
that make up the CCH-Low(c) and CCH-High(c) indexes. Pete graduated from West
Point
, served in Vietnam and then returned home to graduate with an MBA from
Harvard, going from there to the coal industry.

Dr. Neil Bristow is Managing Director of H&W Worldwide Consulting, a firm
providing advice to the global coal industry. Prior to entering the
consulting field, Neil was actively involved in the met coal industry for
over 22 years. He worked for BHP Billiton in a range of areas such as coal
technology and quality utilization, market forecasting, industry and price
analysis and market strategy. He was Chief Analyst of BHP Billiton's Carbon
Steel Materials Group in Singapore for over 8 years. Neil is a recognized
expert in the coal industry who has chaired numerous conference sessions and
presented papers on coking coal utilization and markets. He is thoroughly
familiar with the premium Queensland coals that form the basis for the CCQ(c)
index.

Ross Stainlay is a widely recognized expert in the preparation and
utilization of coking coals. He has operated preparation plants and has been
responsible for developing markets for newly-produced coals by finding the
best fit with existing coke battery blends. With Jellinbah Resources, he
pioneered the use of low volatile coals for PCI applications, opening a new
market for Australian coals. His career includes technical jobs such as
metallurgist and preparation plant manager as well as positions in marketing
such as technical marketing manager and general marketing manager. Ross is
currently Technical Marketing Manager for the consultancy Salva Resources Pty
Ltd.

Energy Publishing has worked closely with key coal industry companies in
the development of its three price indexes. This advisory group is expected
to provide guidance on policies to meet changing industry conditions over
time, and also to provide general guidance in the calculation of the index
values as one of the guarantees the indexes will be accurate, unbiased and
representative of the market.
