Leading Analyst Firm Gives Oracle Highest Possible Rating for Sales Force Automation in the Consumer Goods Industry

Gartner, Inc. has given Oracle a rating of “Strong Positive,” the highest possible ranking, in its report “MarketScope for Sales Force Automation in the Consumer Goods Industry (www.gartner.com/technology/media-products/reprints/oracle/article114/article114.html) .”*
In the research, Gartner identifies five categories for enabling the key field sales processes in consumer goods including: category management, trade promotion management, volume planning, retail execution and settlement.
