NNIT Buys ChannelCRM - a Specialised Vendor of CRM and Industry Specific xRM Solutions

The pharmaceutical industry demands both classical CRM solutions and
systems that are optimally developed on the CRM platform (xRM). Meeting these
demands is crucial to NNIT and with the acquisition of ChannelCRM we
strengthen our ability to provide consultancy, development and operation of
CRM systems based on Microsoft CRM.

Pharmaceutical businesses have high demands for IT security,
documentation and traceability and they will benefit from the combination of
ChannelCRM's profound experience with CRM/xRM solutions and NNIT's expertise
in the specific conditions of the pharmaceutical industry, including
compliance, regulatory demands and market, says Sune Andersen, Corporate Vice
President of NNIT's ERP Division.

CRM specifically for pharma

This acquisition follows NNIT's recent partnership agreement with
Trueblue making NNIT exclusive vendor in most European markets of Trueblue's
CRM suite, developed by Trueblue and based on the Microsoft Dynamics(R)
platform. Trueblue's industry-leading CRM solution specifically for the
pharmaceutical industry is already adopted by marketers in several major
multinational companies.

The partners offer clients CRM services combining NNIT's strategic
consulting, systems integration and hosting services with Trueblue's strong
portfolio of CRM solutions, including sales force automation, multichannel
contact management and analytical CRM.

With the addition of ChannelCRM's capabilities NNIT can now offer
pharmaceutical marketers an even stronger CRM solution.
