MUNICH, November 18, 2010 - The Munich-based Schoeller Group, together with Apax, has sold its shares
in IFCO to Brambles. Brambles is buying IFCO at an enterprise value of EUR
923m
. As a strategic partner with a long-term supply and development
contract, the Schoeller Group, which founded IFCO and developed the IFCO
system and containers, will continue to contribute to IFCO's success.

"We are pleased that IFCO will now be part of a first-class, globally
active company like Brambles and we wish the management every success," said
Christoph Schoeller, the Schoeller Group's Managing Director. "The sale of
IFCO also opens up new prospects for the Schoeller Group, as the proceeds are
now available for further, strategically interesting acquisitions in our main
areas of activity: Green Technologies and Sustainable Systems."

The sale supports the continued growth of the Schoeller Group, which has
evolved from a specialized engineering company into an international group of
companies through organic growth and targeted acquisitions.

The Schoeller Group founded IFCO Systems in 1992 to enable the use of
reusable containers in the retail industry in the non-beverage field. IFCO is
today active in this rapidly growing market in Europe, America and Japan.
