AE Photonics Announces Partnership with CHINESE Module Manufacturer EGing

DRESDEN, Germany, October 18, 2010 - AE Photonics GmbH & Co. KG, a leading supplier of photovoltaic plants and
components in Germany and Europe, is pleased to announce that the company
signed a framework agreement with Changzhou EGing Photovoltaic Technology
Co., Ltd. EGing is a vertical integrated photovoltaic company located in
eastern China with a production capacity of 500 MWp.

The agreement contains deliveries of high performance photovoltaic
modules with for now a total amount of 20 to 40 MW in 2011. Initial
containers will be delivered in 2010. The partnership shall be extended
within the coming years.

delivery of PV modules. That gives us the ability to offer an extended
product portfolio to our clients and we maintain flexibility," said Marco
