A delegation of the Jalal Foundation will be travelling through Berlin, Brussels, Paris and Geneva The Jalal Foundation was established and is headed by Dr Massouda Jalal, previously a minister for women in the Afghan government and a presidential election candidate in 2004, who will be leading a delegation of five staff from the Jalal Foundation, including Ms Ghulam Murtaza Belquis, Ms. Maliha Partaw, Ms. Bibi Rogul Parwin and Mrs. Sadat.

During their stay in Berlin, the Jalal Foundation delegation will be received by several institutions, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, the Department for International Cooperation of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, at the German Foreign Office, and by the Committee on Human Rights and Humanitarian Assistance.
