Berlin Hyp: Financing of "Broadway One" in Glasgow for KanAm

BERLIN, March 11, 2010 - The KanAm Grund Spezialfondsgesellschaft mbH has purchased the
Class A "Broadway One" office building in Glasgow with a useable area of
approximately 11,700 square metres, which was completed in May 2009, for the
special assets of the SPEZIAL grundinvest Fonds.

"The financing of this core property shows once again that,
together with Landesbank Berlin AG, we have established ourselves as leading
providers in the German real estate finance market," Jan Bettink, Chairman of
the Board of Management of Berlin Hyp, confirms.
