June 29th sees the new and exclusive launch of the ‘Bhs School Buddy’ uniform shopping service. Bhs are the only retailer in the UK to offer such a service to their customers.

Who are the ‘Bhs School Buddies’?

Bhs School Buddies are specially trained staff members who are present in all 171 Bhs stores that stock schoolwear. Recognisable by their bright yellow t-shirts, these staff members are experts in everything regarding school uniforms including how to measure for the perfect fit (they are armed with free tape measures for customers), fabric content, price, where to find what you are looking for and they even have knowledge of local school uniform requirements!

What is the new service?

Bhs are offering customers a quick and easy ordering system in the form of a ’shopping list’ they can fill out* and hand to a Buddy who will do their shopping for them. While the Buddy does the hard work, we’ll treat you to a complimentary cup of tea or coffee in our restaurant, then simply come back pick up your shopping and off you go!**.
