LONDON, September 20, 2010 - Rule Financial recognised for the third year in a row with a place in the
Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100.

Rule Financial www.rulefinancial.com a leading provider of
business and IT consulting services to the financial markets, today announced
that it has achieved a ranking in the prestigious Sunday Times Microsoft Tech
Track 100; a listing of Britain's fastest growing private technology
companies. Rule received this accolade for the third successive year with a
compound growth rate of 39%, demonstrating consistent performance and growth
across the full economic cycle.

The competition comes at a time when the full repercussions of the
economic recession are being felt across the financial sector. In this
austere environment, only the most dynamic, customer-centric consulting and
technology firms have been able to sustain consistent growth.

This year, Rule Financial maintained its position in the rankings,
despite strong competition from other emerging technical specialists
operating in less troubled markets, demonstrating the enduring confidence
placed in the business by its key clients, who have helped it to flourish
despite the tough economic environment.

Dr. Chris Potts, CEO of Rule Financial, comments: "Being in the Top 100
for the third consecutive year is testament to the fact that you can succeed
in a tough economic environment if you have the best calibre people, are
nimble and can react to the needs of the sector in which you work. As a
business that understands technology, banking and, just as importantly,
people, it's great to get recognition for our hard work, and I'd like to
thank everybody who works for us and with us."

Founded in 1997 by a group of senior banking professionals, Rule
Financial has carved out a niche in the consultancy market by providing
global banks with consultants and IT specialists to deliver often very
complex strategic projects to meet demanding client requirements. These
projects provide clients with greater cost-efficiencies, productivity and
improved risk management, helping them to extract maximum value from their
investments in IT systems.

Dr. Chris Potts continues: "Rule Financial has been well placed to adapt
to the changing market thanks to our ability to offer an end-to-end service
(that covers everything from consultancy to implementation) and our
insistence on recruiting professionals who are considered experts in their
field."

A wholly independent business employing over 350 people in London, New
York
, Barcelona and Lodz, Rule Financial is on track to maintain or
accelerate its growth this financial year.

The 2010 Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track awards dinner will be held at
Vinopolis in London on Tuesday 16th November 2010.

About the league table and Fast Track:

Now in its tenth year, The Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100 league
table is compiled by Fast Track, the UK's leading face-to-face networking
events and research company focusing on top-performing private companies and
entrepreneurs. In addition to its title sponsor Microsoft, the Tech Track 100
league table is co-sponsored by Barclays Corporate and BDO.

Fast Track has published league tables of private companies with The
Sunday Times for the past 14 years, and its invitation-only events provide an
opportunity for entrepreneurs to network and to meet sponsors. The company
was founded and is run by Dr. Hamish Stevenson, who holds as associate
fellowship at Green Templeton College, Oxford University.

League table criteria:

Companies are ranked by their compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in sales
over their latest three financial years between 2006 and 2009, or 2007 and
2010. A minimum of 25 weeks' trading in the base and latest years was
required. For financial years lasting less or more than 52 trading weeks,
figures were annualised on a simple pro-rata basis. Annualised sales had to
exceed GBP250,000 in the base year (2006 or 2007) and GBP5m in the latest
year (2009 or 2010). Companies had to also show an increase in sales in their
latest year, but not necessarily be in profit. Companies had to be unquoted,
independent and registered in Britain. The research was carried out by Fast
Track between May and August. The majority of companies were interviewed by
telephone and more than four-fifths (88) were also visited by the Fast Track
research team.
