Coverity Appoints Ezi Boteach as Vice President of Products

Product Leader from HP Software and Mercury Interactive Joins Coverity to Lead Product Management

SAN FRANCISCO, February 16 - Coverity, Inc., the software integrity leader, today announced that Ezi
Boteach has joined as vice president of products. Boteach brings more than 15
years of product leadership experience to Coverity and will lead all areas of
product management, market and product strategy, technology innovation and
go-to-market priorities.

innovation, creating differentiated product strategy, and rolling up his

Prior to Coverity, Boteach was with Mercury Interactive and HP Software
where he led product management for the Business Service Automation (BSA)
product team, one of the fastest growing products in the HP Software
portfolio. Ezi was also a senior member of the Mercury R&D team leading
engineering groups in the anchor Performance Center/Load Runner portfolio as
well as running the R&D support organization for the entire suite of Mercury
optimization centers. Prior to Mercury, he held leadership and management
positions in Qronus and Impressia in Israel.
