VIENNA, Austria, September 15, 2010 - On 17 September the international BMF conference on the role of banks
within the framework of a future growth model for Central, Eastern and
Southeastern Europe will take place in the "Aula der Wissenschaften" in
Vienna.

In two panels in the morning and a roundtable in the afternoon awareness
will be created of the changes necessary in the financial area predominantly
- but not solely- in the Central and East European states. Political and
economic experts will discuss solutions for a joint international financial
policy.

We would like to invite media representatives to the conference once more
and request that you register at bmf-presse@bmf.gv.at. There will be photo
and video opportunities.

For all those who are unable to attend the conference in person the BMF
