MIAMI - Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (NYSE, OSE: RCL) today announced that it has priced an offering of US$300 million aggregate principal amount of Senior Notes due 2015. The Senior Notes were priced at 97.399% of the principal amount, will bear interest at the rate of 11.875% per annum and will mature on July 15, 2015. The Senior Notes are expected to be issued on July 6, 2009.
