LONDON, October 20, 2011 -

EuroSite Power Limited (www.eurositepower.co.uk), a subsidiary of NYSE Amex-listed American DG Energy Inc., is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Ian Durant and Mr. Gary Parke to its Advisory Board.

The Advisory Board has been formed to assist the Company in achieving its business goals by harnessing the insight, experience and network of its members. Both Mr. Durant and Mr. Parke have proven credentials within the property, leisure and energy industries. Their vast business experience and knowledge of these sectors is of significant relevance to EuroSite Power’s commercial development.

Mr. Durant is currently Non-executive Chairman of Capital and Counties Properties and holds non-executive director roles at Greene King, the pub group, Home Retail Group and Greggs. His experience also includes directorships at Liberty International, Dairy Farm International Ltd and Thistle Hotels. In addition, he is a former non-executive director of Westbury, the UK house builder, now incorporated as part of Persimmon Homes.

Mr. Parke has spent over 20 years in the energy industry. Not only did he found Breathe Energy Ltd, the London based Energy Services Company, but he has also served as Chief Executive Officer of Evolve Energy and led the International Business Development division of Centrica. His experience in setting up an energy management business and his expertise in identifying and targeting commercial customers, both in the UK and America, will prove invaluable to the strategic positioning of EuroSite Power.

Paul Hamblyn, Managing Director of EuroSite Power, commented:

“These further appointments to our Advisory Board demonstrate EuroSite Power’s ongoing commitment to providing low cost energy solutions to businesses. Ian brings a wealth of expertise from his career within leisure and property and his insight will prove invaluable. Similarly, Gary’s long career in the energy industry will enable EuroSite Power to raise awareness of its On-Site Utility Service and establish the company as a leading UK provider of energy services to commercial customers. Both appointments will further complement the expertise of the newly appointed Advisory Board Chairman, Adrian Fawcett.”

Ian Durant commented:

“I am delighted to be appointed to the Advisory Board to EuroSite Power in its start-up phase in the UK. It offers cost-effective, cogeneration solutions for the energy needs of multi-occupier buildings, without the need for owners to commit their capital. In addition to cost savings for customers, the On-Site Utility Service also provides environmental benefits. I am sure this will prove an attractive proposition to suitable UK property owners.”

Gary Parke commented:

“The launch of EuroSite Power in the UK presents a better-value energy proposition for businesses and it is one I am very pleased to be involved with. Throughout my career I have been committed to providing energy services and solutions to businesses and I look forward to using my experience to help EuroSite Power broaden its customer base within the UK and challenge the current energy market.”
