LONDON, May 25, 2010 - The Electric Vehicles market is irrefutably changing the landscape of the
automotive world and its related industries. To successfully grasp these
changes as well as the manifold opportunities and implications they bring, it
is critical to understand the new business models and infrastructure trends
in the EV space.

Building upon the success of last years' inaugural event, the Automotive
and Transportation team at Frost & Sullivan is pleased to announce that it
will be hosting its second annual Electric Vehicles Unplugged interactive
workshop in London on 22 and 23 June 2010. This years' conference will focus
on two very important hot topics - new business models and developments in
infrastructure.

The first day of the workshop will take place at the House of Lords and
provide a forum for parliamentarians and industry experts to debate consumer
needs and the role of policy makers. Chaired by Lord Taylor, one side of the
debate will feature Sarwant Singh from Frost & Sullivan, Ayoul Grouvel from
PSA and Diana Blake from Optimal Energy, who will highlight what support is
needed from government to make EVs a success. One the other side of the
debate will be newly elected Members of Parliament, explaining what
government will be doing to support EV development. The aim of the debate is
to emphasize and discuss any gaps between Industry requirements and
government support.

"The debate is a truly unique opportunity to bring industry and
parliamentarians together in an open forum to explore what is needed to make
Electric Vehicles a success in the UK. With the audience being made up of
industry representatives and MPs, we expect an open and insightful
discussion," states Frost & Sullivan's Automotive & Transportation Director
Sarwant Singh.

Day two of the workshop will be held at the Society of Motor
Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) and feature keynote presentations from some
of the industry's top experts. In addition, the following exhibition vehicles
will be showcased: the Tesla Roadster, Mitsubishi's iMiEV, Citroen's C-Zero,
the Dark Knight 2-wheeler EV from Urbanites and Scooters and Vauxhall's
Ampera. Participants will have the opportunity to test drive some of these
vehicles.
