Harvey Nash ("the Group") Receives Award From the Vietnamese Government for Outstanding Contribution to Economic Development

HO CHI MINH, Vietnam, September 30, 2010 - Harvey Nash, the global professional recruitment and
outsourcing group, recently celebrated its tenth year since making its
initial investment in Vietnam in 2000.

At a meeting between Harvey Nash and the Vice Chairman of the
Peoples Party of Vietnam, the Vice Chairman expressed appreciation, on behalf
of the Vietnamese government, for the creation of over 1000 highly skilled
jobs in the ICT industry and in particular the outstanding contribution made
to Vietnam's high skills sector of the economy. Tim Brownbill, UK
Consul-General to Vietnam, praised Harvey Nash as one of the most dynamic
foreign investors in Vietnam.

The award was presented at a ceremony in Ho Chi Minh city,
attended by over 500 people including high ranking representatives from
business, the Vietnamese and British government and other exporters. Albert
Ellis, Harvey Nash CEO, received the award from Dr Hong, Vice Minister of
Ministry of Information and Communication on behalf of the Harvey Nash Group.
