Manmohan Singh, Head of Product Leadership at Information Mosaic, to Discuss Opportunities for Custodians to Assume New Role at Heart of Risk Surveillance

SINGAPORE, November 9, 2010 - Information Mosaic, the global provider of post-trade
automation solutions, is speaking on mitigating counterparty and
sub-custodian risk at NeMa Asia 2010, at The Excelsior, Hong Kong on 10th -
11th November, 2010. The presentation on day two of the conference will
explore a new approach to custodian business models in order to maintain
market relevance and competitive advantage.

The post-crisis move towards greater transparency and maximum disclosure
means that custodians are under increasing pressure to provide detailed
information, in near real-time, about the multiple counterparties involved in
a transaction, ensuring visibility across all sub-custody activities.

At the network management show's inaugural event in Asia, Manmohan Singh,
Head of Product Leadership at Information Mosaic, will discuss the challenges
faced by today's custodian and sub-custodian banks as they review their
existing business models. Manmohan will also outline how custodians can
harness their unique position at the heart of so many transactions and
investment relationships to monitor risk and help restore confidence to
investors.

Information Mosaic also recently opened an office in Kuala
Lumpur
in response to the increasing demand in the region from custodians,
asset managers, wealth managers and investment banks for automated asset
servicing and securities processing solutions.

Manmohan's presentation, 'Mitigating counterparty and sub-custodian risk'
will be at 11.20am on Thursday 11th November. He will be available onsite for
interviews.
