Lenovo is taking its environmental commitment a step further with the
recent release of the ThinkCentre M90z all-in-one desktop. TCO awarded the
M90z the prestigious new TCO Certified Edge designation for its cutting edge
eco- design, particularly by incorporating high amounts of post consumer
recycled materials. TCO Certified Edge awards leading products that are
pushing the boundaries of sustainability and high performance.

To be awarded with TCO Certified Edge the product must meets all the
requirements in the TCO Certification program covering usability and
environmental criteria plus an additional edge criterion, in this case
minimum of 50% recycled post consumer plastic. Lenovo offers the broadest
portfolio of TCO Certified Edge products, including three ThinkVision
computer displays and the M70z all-in-one desktops.

"The TCO Certified program aligns with our green design program in which
we continually improve upon: the materials that go into products, their
energy efficiency and how they are properly disposed through recycling at the
end of life," said Rob Taylor, director, worldwide environmental affairs,
Lenovo. "TCO recognizes that productivity, innovation and environmental
design go hand in hand, and our customers look for the label when selecting
their PC technology."

Soren Enholm, CEO of the TCO Certified program applauds Lenovo's
commitment: "It is vital that the PC industry takes note of the immense
progress made by brands like Lenovo , who have recognized that consumers and
businesses want to reduce their environmental footprint, while still offering
features that can increase productivity. TCO Certified is proud to be the
label of choice for premium PC brands that are going beyond green and leading
the field in sustainable design."

TCO Certified is a third party certification for high performance ICT
products that are also designed for minimal environmental impact. Since 1992
the TCO certification program has had a significant influence on improved
image quality and ergonomics for displays, as well as the reduction of
electromagnetic emissions from ICT products. Energy efficiency and reduced
usage of hazardous substances are also key aspects of the TCO Certification.
Products covered by the TCO certification program are notebook, desktops and
all in one PCs, computer displays, phone headsets and projectors. TCO
Certified makes it easy to choose technology designed for both high usability
and the environment. TCO Development, the company behind TCO Certified, is
