WASHINGTON - Global Consultancy Expands Representation to the Middle East

Mercator XXI, LLC today announced an expansion of its operations into the Middle East with the appointment of Hesham Wahby. Mr. Wahby will be based in Cairo and serve as Principal for Egypt & Middle East.

Mercator XXI offers a combination of services - government relations and public policy, market access and market research and innovation-driven economic development. The new presence in the Middle East will allow Mercator XXI to expand its services in assisting businesses and organizations to navigate and win in the global economy.

Mr. Wahby brings years of marketplace experience in consulting and business development to the firm. His previous experience with Scenario included consulting services for clients in the semiconductor industry with Infineon Technologies in Munich and 1st Silicon in Malaysia.

Mercator XXI, LLC was founded earlier this year by President and CEO Christopher Caine. Mr. Caine was a 25-year veteran of the IBM Corporation, where he led a worldwide multi-cultural team of professionals in over 30 countries.
