SAN FRANCISCO, September 23, 2010 - Miyowa, the leader in aggregating social networks and instant messaging
on mobile, has announced a new partnership with Yahoo! Asia, and Viettel,
Vietnam's largest telecom operator. The deal sees Miyowa deliver their world
leading mobile Yahoo! Messenger solution to Viettel's more than 40 million
subscribers, with 100 compatible devices at launch.

"We're thrilled to be partnering with Yahoo! once again, and to be
further expanding the deployment of the Yahoo! Messenger mobile service that
we jointly provide" said Pascal Lorne, Miyowa founding partner and CEO. "And,
as Vietnam's biggest Telco, and a company focused on bringing innovative
products and services to their customers, Viettel make a fantastic partner
for us".

According to Yvonne Chang, Managing Director of Yahoo!
Southeast Asia, "With the very rapid growth in the mobile space, Vietnam is a
very exciting, and high-priority market for Yahoo!. Building on our
philosophy to play a central role in the lives of our many millions of users
around the world, we see this latest collaboration between Miyowa and Viettel
as another step in the right direction. Through this agreement, Yahoo! will
enhance the mobile internet experience and provide innovative, convenient and
entertaining applications and services to more mobile users in Vietnam."

Mr Tong Viet Trung, Deputy General Director of Viettel Group said, "This
service has been successfully implemented in many countries in the world. In
Vietnam, the number of Yahoo! Messenger users is huge. According to Net Index
2009, an internet reseach on internet users motivations by Kantar Media and
Yahoo!, Yahoo! Messenger now has 17 million users among 23.2 million of
internet users in Vietnam. According to another survey by Viettel, 90 percent
of these users own a mobile phone and 50 percent of these users are Viettel
network subscribers. These figures demonstrate a tremendous potential for
Yahoo! Messenger to grow very fast, especially with the emergence of more
mobile services provided by Yahoo and Viettel".
