Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) will highlight the strengths of its integrated global security capabilities at the Defence Systems & Equipment International (DSEI) exhibition and conference including command and control systems, critical infrastructure protection, unmanned ground systems, air space communications, electronic warfare, naval systems and maritime security.

DSEI, a tri-service event with a focus on land and sea, is one of the most important defence and security exhibitions in the UK. The exhibition and conference will take place at ExCel in London from 8 - 11 Sept. 2009. Northrop Grumman will be exhibiting at stand number 836, N3 North Hall.

Northrop Grumman will showcase a cross-section of the company’s defence and security solutions with equipment, displays and presentations of technologies from across the UK, Europe and the US. Using a coastal protection scenario, the company will demonstrate the integration of naval systems and shipboard sensors, the creation of a common operating picture for defence and civil command and control systems, critical infrastructure and asset protection, ground-air communications and counter-IED capability using unmanned ground vehicles.

“Northrop Grumman UK has a wealth of experience on display at DSEI from strategic and tactical command and control systems, to situational awareness for defence and civil security applications, and unmanned ground systems. This is matched by specialist facilities and a proven track record of delivery to our customers in the UK and around the world,” said Paul Davison vice president and managing director for Northrop Grumman’s Information Systems sector in Europe. “Visitors to our stand will be able to see how these can be integrated to create world class national security capability.”

Highlighted will be the command and control system applications C2PC and ICS, the airport security solution, Airtight, linked to an integrated collaborative environment incorporating TouchTable(TM) technology and the new satellite-based two-way blue-force tracking system, known as Kodiak.
