Rising Demand for Flexible Workspace Leads to 15th Regus Opening in Mexico City, and 50th in Latin America

MEXICO CITY, April 14, 2010 - With demand for flexible workspace driven by businesses of all
sizes, Regus, the global workplace solutions company, is extending its
investment in Mexico with the opening of a 15th centre in Mexico City - the
Campos Eliseos in Polanco. This is Regus' 22nd Mexican center, and its 50th
opening in Latin America as a whole.

In the last year, Regus has experienced a significant increase
in customer enquiries in Mexico, with a high concentration in Mexico City,
leading the company to invest in additional new facilities in the city.

Regus' latest investment in Mexico reflects the fact that, as
a whole, the Mexican economy has been well managed through the recent global
downturn, returning to growth in the last quarter of 2009, and predicted to
grow by some 3.9% in 2010 by the IMF. The Latin American region as a whole
has weathered the global economic downturn well, with ratings agency Fitch
predicting regional GDP growth at 3.6% this year.
