BERLIN, March 11, 2010 - The KanAm Grund Spezialfondsgesellschaft mbH has purchased the Class A "Broadway One" office building in Glasgow with a useable area of approximately 11,700 square metres, which was completed in May 2009, for the special assets of the SPEZIAL grundinvest Fonds.
