WISeKey Brasil Launched With Brasilinvest Group at the 2009 World Economic Forum on Latin America

GENEVA - WISeKey, one of the World Economic Forum founding members of the New Champions, announced today during their participation at the World Economic Forum in Rio the establishment of WISeKey Brasil. WISeKey has established a Joint Venture with Brasilinvest with the objective to use Brazil as the regional Hub platform for the expansion to Latin America. The project will establish a regional Hub which will strengthen digital interrelations between Latin American citizens in order to create a Latin American identity (I’m Latin American, www.hightrusted.com/latino-americano) based on specific regional attributes (language, nationality, age, professional activity, etc).

We (BOVESPA: TAMM4, NYSE: TAM), report our fourth quarter results for
2008 (4Q08). Operational and financial data, except where otherwise
indicated, are presented based on amounts consolidated in Reais (R$) and
prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in
United States (US GAAP) non audited. Additionally, financial statements
summary in accordance with the changes in accounting practices provided by
Law No. 11,638 are made available at the end of this release.

TAM Announces 4Q08 Results Release Schedule and APIMEC

SAO PAULO - TAM S.A. (NYSE: TAM; BOVESPA: TAMM4) will release its results for the
fourth quarter 2008 (4Q08) on March 31, 2009. The information will be
available on the company’s website: www.tam.com.br/ir, and through the CVM
(Comissao de Valores Mobiliarios) and SEC (Securities and Exchange
Commission) before the market opens. The conference calls in Portuguese and
English will be Tuesday, March 31 at 10:00 am and 11:30 am (Eastern Time),
respectively. In addition, TAM will hold meetings with analysts and investors
in Sao Paulo on April 2, 2009.

FARO Introduces New Generation of Best-in-Class 3D Laser Scanners and Software

DENVER - FARO, the world’s leading provider of portable measurement and imaging
systems, has announced that delivery of a new generation of 3D laser scanners
will begin in the second quarter of 2009. Two new models, the FARO Laser
Scanner Photon 120 and 20, both feature measuring rates of up to 960,000
points-per-second. The 120 also offers an unprecedented operating range of up
to 153 meters (503ft.) making it the longest-range phase-shift laser scanner
in the world. The Photon 20, in comparison, has been designed for scanning
objects within a range of 20 meters. The recent innovation provides an
eightfold increase in speed and a double unambiguity interval compared to the
previous generation FARO offerings.

Brazilian Federal Agency CAPES Expands Local Research Community Access to Scopus

AMSTERDAM - Elsevier announced today that the Brazilian Federal Agency for the
Support and Evaluation of Graduate Education (CAPES) is expanding local
research community access to Scopus(R), the company’s flagship product and
the world’s largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed
literature. CAPES, which assists the Brazilian Ministry of Education in the
formulation of national policies related to post-graduate study, will be
making Scopus available to 200 universities and research institutes in
Brazil, up from 44 in 2007.
