BERLIN, October 3, 2011 - (17th World Route Development Forum) -- Singapore Changi Airport handled a record 42.0 million passenger movements in 2010, crossing the 40-million mark for the first time and joining a league of only seven airports in the world to handle more than 40 million international passenger movements.
