Arbitron Inc., (NYSE: ARB) announced today that it has acquired Zokem Oy, a Finland-based mobile audience measurement and analytics firm for a payment of approximately $11.7 million in cash at closing with possible additional incremental cash payments through 2014 of up to $12 million based on future financial performance.

agreement with the University of North Carolina and North Carolina State
University to link their research faculty utilizing data from Elsevier's
