MOSCOW and LONDON, July 22, 2011 - On 22 July 2011the steering committee of the Global Investor Relations Network (GIRN) unanimously endorsed the admission of Financial Communications and Investor Relations Association (ARFI) to GIRN.

SYDNEY and HAMBURG, February 19, 2010 - At yesterday's member meeting, the national IR associations that form the Global Investor Relations Network (GIRN) voted in the Managing Director of the German IR association (DIRK), Kay Bommer, as its new Chair.
