ABU DHABI, UAE, November 13, 2011 - Gulf Precast Concrete Company LLC, the largest precast manufacturer in the United Arab Emirates, announced the achievement of a key construction milestone ahead of programme, with the completion of the Villas' Precast Works of Village 2 (1059 villas) at Al Falah Community Development.
