HAMAMATSU, Japan, November 24, 2011 - Suzuki Motor Corporation ("Suzuki") is today commencing arbitration proceedings in London with the ICC International Court of Arbitration, in order to compel Volkswagen AG to dispose of its Suzuki shares to Suzuki or Suzuki's designated third party.

HAMAMATSU, Japan, October 14, 2011 - Suzuki Motor Corporation ("Suzuki") has today served Volkswagen AG ("VW") with a 'notice of breach' in relation to the companies' 9 December 2009 Framework Agreement.
