LONDON, January 31, 2011 - The proposed joint venture meets INEOS Refining's strategic objectives,
bringing a long term partner to the business with a jointly agreed investment
programme for Grangemouth (Scotland) and Lavra (France).
LONDON, January 27, 2011 - INEOS Phenol and Sinopec Yangzi Petrochemical Company have signed a
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), agreeing the framework for the design and
future operation of a phenol/acetone joint venture at the Nanjing Chemical
Industrial park in Jiangsu Province, China.
LONDON, January 10, 2011 - PetroChina, through its wholly-owned subsidiary PetroChina
International Company Limited, has entered into a framework agreement with
INEOS to form a partnership in new trading and refining joint ventures
related to the refining operations in Grangemouth (Scotland) and Lavera
(France).
