BARCELONA, Spain, February 15, 2011 - Kontron unveiled today the 40GbE ATCA(R) packet processor blade AT8242
designed with two powerful OCTEON(R) II cnMIPS64 multi-core processors from
Cavium Networks (Nasdaq: CAVM).
ECHING, Germany, January 5, 2011 - Parallel to the launch of the 2nd generation Intel(R) Core(TM)
processors, Kontron announced that it will be supporting this advanced new
microarchitecture with CPU, processor graphics, memory controller (some
with ECC support) and PCIe controller on a single die on over 10 embedded
platforms.
ECHING, Germany, November 23, 2010 - Today at SPS/IPC/Drives, Kontron introduced the world's first
PCIe/104(TM) embedded single board computer (SBC) based on the Intel(R)
Atom(TM) E600C processor series with industrial temperature range, which
pairs an Intel(R) Atom(TM) E600 series processor with an Altera Field
Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) in a single package.
ECHING, Germany, September 14, 2010 - Kontron announced today that the newly introduced industrial-grade
Intel(R) Atom(TM) processor E6xx series will be supported on
Computer-on-Modules and Panel PCs.
