MUNICH, June 28, 2011 - On June 27, 2011, Nichia Corporation ("Nichia") filed a patent infringement lawsuit in Germany at the District Court Dsseldorf against Hornbach Baumarkt AG ("Hornbach"), which is a German DIY retailer partly owned by British retail group Kingfisher plc.

MUNICH, March 22, 2011 - As previously announced, on November 10, 2010, Nichia Corporation ("Nichia") filed patent infringement lawsuits in Germany at the District Court Dsseldorf against German distributors for certain products of Harvatek Corporation ("Harvatek").
