MOSCOW, July 6, 2011 - Lonestate Assets Ltd ("Lonestate"), a company controlled by Anatoly Mitroshin, announces that it has agreed to purchase 51% in OOO Kolmar ("Kolmar"), the Siberian coal mining company from existing shareholders, represented by InterGeo.
