Shareholders at the DNO International Annual General Meeting
held today in Oslo elected Bijan Mossavar-Rahmani as the company's
new Chairman.
RAS AL KHAIMAH, UAE, October 5, 2010 - RAK Petroleum Public Company Limited, the oil and gas exploration
and production company, today signed an agreement with the Ras Al Khaimah Gas
Commission(Rakgas) to take a 100 percent stake in and operatorship of the
Saleh field offshore the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah in exchange for
100,000,000 shares in RAK Education Company (EDRAK).
DUBAI, UAE, August 16, 2010 - RAK Petroleum Public Company Limited, the oil and gas exploration and
production company, today announced the farm-out of a 50 percent interest in
Block 47 onshore the Sultanate of Oman to Repsol Exploracion, S.A., subject
to Government approval.
RAS AL KHAIMAH, UAE, May 25, 2010 - RAK Petroleum Public Company Limited, the oil and gas exploration and
production company, announced that Bijan Mossavar-Rahmani has been named
Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer.
