BERNE, Switzerland, October 6, 2011 - Long term partners, sicap and telecom services company T-Hrvatski Telekom, have extended the reach of the sicapDevice Management Centre(DMC) to serve mobile customers of Crnogorski Telekom in Montenegro, the second operator of the group whose customers benefit from the DMC operating in Croatia.
