Teleena Delivers Mobile Loyalty Programme for New Supermarket MVNO 'DekaMobiel'

NIEUWEGEIN, The Netherlands, January 26 - Today Teleena launched a new loyalty product providing free mobile
services to regular customers of the Dutch supermarket chain DekaMarkt. As of
the 26th of January 2010, shoppers can qualify for free mobile credit on
their DekaMobiel SIM card at the in-store check-outs.

Customers may also share the credit they collect in a family account, or
transfer credit to the account of other DekaMobiel users.

Customers are able to manage their individual accounts and settings
online, and additional prepaid credit can be either purchased online or
instore at very competitive rates.

With this product, Teleena introduces a new approach to mobile
communications for retailers. Many European supermarkets resell simcards
under their own brands, but the enhanced level of back-office integration,
flexibility and customer intimacy of DekaMobiel is unprecedented and provides
a range of new and exciting opportunities. In a later phase, loyalty services
may be enhanced with dedicated applications, payment services, in-store
services, location-based services and picocell access.

Teleena has a track record of providing innovative services that help
MVNOs to stand out in one of the most competitive markets in the world. A
first time ever; Teleena introduced a two-country SIM. Using this SIM card,
developed for Telesur, two countries are technically united as a single
mobile market: the customer has one account, one mailbox and one rate chart
for both Surinam and The Netherlands. The customer can be reached seamlessly
via both the Dutch or Surinam mobile number.

Teleena also exploits its technology platform for MVNOs in the business
market. Today it is capable of providing real time charging of data and the
accomodation of multiple identities on one SIM card. This year Teleena
expects to add integrated picocell/femtocell solutions for offices,
hospitals, campuses and industrial facilities to its portfolio of services.

Teleena is a so-called Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) and a
specialist in providing tailor made products for Mobile Virtual Network
Operators. Teleena does not provide retail services, but works on a wholesale
basis with its partners, Its facilities consist of a full mobile intelligent

also provides end-user support, billing, and maintenance for MVNO customers.
