HOUSTON, August 3, 2011 - Endeavour International Corporation (NYSE: END) (LSE: ENDV) today reported adjusted EBITDA for the second quarter of 2011 was $7.6 million compared to $13.1 million in the second quarter of 2010 and $4.1 million in the first quarter of 2011. On a GAAP basis, net loss was $15.6 million for the second quarter of 2011 as compared to net income of $0.6 million for the same quarter in 2010.
