Investus Limited on Behalf of its Fund Investus UK Education Infrastructure Limited

Investus is pleased to announce the final closing of its debut fund, Investus UK Education Infrastructure Limited (”the fund”) with £27m of commitment.  The fund initially targeted to raise £25m.

Investors are comprised of institutions and high net worth individuals.  The fund is specifically for investment in academic buildings, student housing and schools, and with a significant portion of funds committed.
