During a customer webcast today, Oracle unveiled Oracle Enterprise Data Quality.
Oracle Enterprise Data Quality (www.oracle.com/us/products/applications/master-data-management/enterprise-data-quality-427351.html) combines the recently acquired Datanomic data quality products and Oracle Product Data Quality and is expected to provide leading data quality capabilities for any data domain, including purpose-built capabilities for customer and product data.
Oracle Enterprise Data Quality is a component of Oracle Fusion Middleware (www.oracle.com/us/products/middleware/index.html) and is already integrated with Oracle’s core master data management (MDM) solutions to provide timely, accurate, and consistent high-quality data sharing across disparate and heterogeneous systems.
Oracle Enterprise Data Quality addresses independent data quality requirements and is also a critical component of Oracle’s data integration and master data management (MDM) solutions.
Oracle Enterprise Data Quality is already integrated and certified with Oracle Siebel CRM, Oracle Customer Hub (Siebel UCM), Oracle Product Hub and Oracle Data Integrator so that customers of these products can take immediate advantage of improved data integrity across the enterprise, and lower cost and complexity of managing data.
Oracle Enterprise Data Quality is developed on open standards and designed to enable pre-built data quality-based applications such as Watch List compliance screening that can be delivered both by Oracle and by Oracle’s partner community.
Oracle also introduced Oracle Watch List Screening; an application that leverages the power of the Oracle Enterprise Data Quality platform to provide a best-of-breed solution to the highly topical challenges that companies face in managing their Know Your Customer (KYC) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) obligations.
