WebNMS Integrates MySQL and Oracle Database 11g to Help Communications Service Providers to Achieve High Scalability, Performance and Reliability

WebNMS, a division of ZOHO Corporation and Platinum level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork, supports MySQL (www.oracle.com/us/products/mysql/index.html) and Oracle Database 11g (www.oracle.com/us/products/database/index.html) in its WebNMS Framework, a leading network and element management solution.

With more than 25,000 Tier 1 Carrier deployments, WebNMS needed a relational database solution that would allow its industry-leading management system to support the wide-ranging, complex requirements and standards of the communications industry.

By providing the flexibility to integrate either MySQL or Oracle Database 11g in the WebNMS Framework, developers and network operators are able to accommodate the increasingly stringent demands for availability and performance on network management workloads, including the proliferation of nodes, higher bandwidth, and richer communication services.
