Crown Group of Hotels (KG Hotels) Acquires the Arran Hotel in Bloomsbury, London WC1

LONDON, May 9, 2011 - Crown Group of Hotels, (KG Hotels) a mid-market provider of hotels in
Central London, announced that the Company has acquired a fifth hotel in
Bloomsbury, London WC1. This is the company's fourth acquisition in
Bloomsbury in five years.

The Arran, a Georgian townhouse hotel of 30 rooms, is the company's
third acquisition in Gower Street in four years after the successful
refurbishment of the nearby Hotel Cavendish. The hotel was previously run
by Mr John Richards for 30 years.

The hotel is to undergo redecorations and provision of new modern
facilities to meet with today's advancing customers' needs. A spokesman for
the company said that our experience of the area has shown that there is an
increasing demand for good quality accommodation at reasonable prices in the
heart of Central London.
