Expedia.co.uk Celebrates Double Win at The Globe Travel Awards

LONDON, February 15, 2011 - Expedia.co.uk (www.expedia.co.uk/Hotels), the UK's leading travel
booking site, has enjoyed double success at one of the industry's most
prestigious travel trade awards - The Globe Travel Awards 2011 presented by
Travel Weekly in association with Associated Newspapers.

The ceremony, which took place on 16th January, saw Expedia scoop two
awards - Innovation in Travel Award for Expedia Hotel View and the UK's
favourite Online Booking Website, as voted for by readers of the Mail group
newspapers.

Expedia Hotel View (www.expediahotelview.co.uk/) is the first
service of its kind, which combines customer reviews, hotel pricing in
information with location based imagery from Google StreetView to give people
a clear impression of the area surrounding their selected accommodation and
the chance to take a virtual walk around, so they can book with confidence.
