SAN DIEGO and STOCKHOLM, June 4, 2010 - Amgen executive Alan Raffensperger has been appointed the new Chief
Executive Officer of BeneChill, a privately held medical device company
launching its first product, a novel cooling device for use by emergency
response teams in the field, later this year in Europe.
ORLANDO, Florida, November 15 - The first randomized intra-arrest cooling study performed using a novel
intra-nasal cooling method showed much faster and earlier cooling in treated
patients and significantly higher neurologically intact survival - to -
discharge rate in many patients.
