LONDON, April 23, 2010 - Celebrity Eclipse, the latest GBP500-million premium cruise
ship from Celebrity Cruises, has returned to her homeport in Southampton from
Bilbao, Spain, where she welcomed approximately 2,200 holidaymakers stranded
by the travel disruption caused by the volcanic eruption in Iceland.
LONDON, April 20, 2010 - Celebrity Eclipse - the new GBP500 million cruiseship from Celebrity
Cruises - will set sail from Southampton this evening (April 20) on a rescue
mission to collect stranded UK holidaymakers from Bilbao, Spain.
LONDON - Nina Barough CBE, founder of the UK-based charity, "Walk the Walk," served as Godmother of Celebrity Equinox, the second in Celebrity Cruises' (www.celebritycruises.co.uk) lauded Solstice Class fleet.
LONDON - The second of Celebrity Cruises (www.celebritycruises.co.uk) luxurious new Solstice Class ships, Celebrity Equinox sailed on 20th June from Meyer Werft shipyard in Papenburg, Germany in a milestone event known as "The Conveyance".
