OSLO, Norway - Clavis Pharma ASA (OSE: CLAVIS) today announced that the Company has raised NOK 129 million (equivalent to USD 20 million) in gross proceeds through a private placement of 10,750,000 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.00 at a price of NOK 12.00 per share (the "Private Placement").
