European Fund For Southeast Europe (efse)
FRANKFURT, November 12, 2010 - Incepted five years ago by KfW Entwicklungsbank (The German Development
Bank), the European Fund for Southeast Europe (EFSE) was awarded first prize
at the G-20 summit in Seoul, receiving by far the most votes during a
world-wide election in early November.
FRANKFURT, November 1, 2010 - At the "G-20 SME Finance Challenge", the European Fund of Southeast
Europe (EFSE) was selected as one of the 14 best Public-Private partnership
(PPP) models in the world for the financing of small and medium enterprises
(SMEs).
FRANKFURT AM MAIN, December 17 - In an agreement reached at yesterday's general meeting, the
shareholders of the European Fund for Southeast Europe (EFSE) approved an
expansion of the Fund's target region to include four new countries of the
European Eastern Neighbourhood region: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and
Belarus.
