Friends of Gilgit-Baltistan

BRUSSELS - A group of Members of the European Parliament, including Jrgen Creutzmann, have decided to form a group called "Friends of Gilgit-Baltistan." There is great concern from these members that the future of Gilgit-Baltistan is being determined not by the people of Gilgit-Baltistan but by the Government of Pakistan under the Constitution of Pakistan, even though Gilgit-Baltistan is not mentioned in Pakistan's Constitution as part of its territory.
