BOLOGNA, Italy, July 27, 2010 - Hera Group and a company controlled by EISER Infrastructure Limited (Ambiente Arancione Cooperatief U.A) have signed today a binding agreement for the acquisition of a 20% stake in the share capital of Herambiente, the holding company of the Hera Group in the environment business.
