Siemens Enterprise Communications

LONDON, October 18, 2010 - Enterprise Networks Holdings B.V., a joint venture between The Gores Group and Siemens AG which owns and operates the Siemens Enterprise Communications business, announced today that it plans to raise EUR200 million of first-line debt by offering a private placement of senior secured notes.
