LONDON, December 10 - As world leaders meet in Copenhagen for the United Nations Climate Change Conference, it was announced today (Thursday 10th December) that Parkview Green, a major new mixed-use development in Beijing, is on track to be the first building in China to achieve the Platinum certification by the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System.
