The First Nationwide Golf Tournament in Sweden: Dormy Major Saturdays

ESPOO, Finland, June 15, 2011 -

GameBook, Dormy and Nike Golf announce the launch of
Dormy Major Saturdays on June 18, 2011. This is the first ever
nationwide open golf tournament in Sweden - players can compete
against each other nationwide on any golf course.

Dormy Major Saturdays are played on four Saturdays this Summer,
starting on June 18 and continuing on July 17, July 23 and August
13. To participate, a player must log-on and record their
 score on the GameBook iPhone application or register at the
GameBook Clubhouse and enter the score manually in the player’s
Clubhouse profile.

Dormy and Nike Golf offer free downloads of the iPhone
application in Sweden and also sponsor prizes for every Dormy Major
Saturday. They include rewards not only for good results but also
for “fun” results such as “the most number of bogies”. This is
intended to make everyone’s game more enjoyable. Each Dormy Major
Saturday’s prize category is not revealed until the following
Monday.
